GPETRAKIS

The company "George Petrakis" was founded in 1982 in Athens by George Petrakis with initial object the production of refuse sacks and bags.

The year 1997 the firm moved in privately owned facilities of 3000m2 in the industrial area of the Municipality of Peristeri, in Athens and ​​new investments in machinery and technology equipment were made.

Today, after 30 years in the Greek market of flexible packaging, we can guarantee that the final product meets the highest requirements of the modern packaging.

The capacity of our plant is over 2,500 tonnes of polyethylene per year with a continuous increasing production every year.

We cover a wide range of packaging, both printed and unprinted, for numerous uses such as garbage bags, T-shirt bags, promotional bags for retail, packaging for food industry, general packaging products and special packaging.

The check of the production process is performed by trained staff in our facilities and by collaborated external certified laboratories, alike.
